Gervin Robust Wine Yeast (GV2)

Particularly suitable for full-bodied red and white wines. Quick start; rapid ferment; low foam.

Add the contents of this sachet to about 50ml of luke warm water (approx. 35 degrees C) containing 1/2 tsp of sugar. Leave for 15 - 20 minutes. Stir vigorously, add to must. Stir the must well to distribute the yeast.
