Gervin Sparkling Wine Yeast (GV3)

Sparkling wines, dry table wines, dessert wines and restarting ferments.

Add the contents of this sachet to about 50ml of luke warm water (approx. 35 degrees C) containing 1/2 tsp of sugar. Leave for 15 - 20 minutes. Stir vigorously, add to must. Stir the must well to distribute the yeast.
