Wine Finings

Young's Wine Finings - sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons)

Wine finings are used to clear Country Wines after fermentation and also if your kit wines fail to clear on their own.

After stabilization, degas the wine thoroughly then add part A, stir gently and leave to stand for an hour. After 1 hour add sachet B, stir gently then leave to stand till clear.
