Campden Tablets (50)

A tub of 50 Campden tablets, used for preserving and sterilising.

Directions: Add 1 crushed Campden tablet to each gallon of wine at the end of fermentation to prevent oxidation and bacterial contamination during bottling and syphoning as well as aiding stability. A sterilising solution can be made from 5 crushed tablets in 1 pint hot water.
