Producing high alcohol wines (>18%). Sparkling wines. Restarting stuck ferments.

Add the contents of this sachet to about 50ml of luke warm water (approx. 35 degrees C) containing 1/2 tsp of sugar. Leave for 15 - 20 minutes. Stir vigorously, add to must. Stir the must well to distibute the yeast.
