American ale yeast producing well balanced beers with a very clear crisp palate.

Dry Ale Yeast: Medium sedimentation, low to medium final gravity.

Temperature Range: 12-25C (53.6-77F) Ideally 15-22C (59-71.6F)

Dosage: 11.5g in 20-30 litres

Instructions: Sprinkle straight onto wort
