All our brews are unfiltered and unfined to retain the flavour, and vegan-friendly.

Kingslayer
Malty, Fruity, Piney
Humber Doucy’s first brew and one that will always hold a special place in our hearts. This is a traditional Suffolk bitter. Full-bodied, made using Target and Jester hops, with a piney flavour and hints of blackcurrant.
The name is a nod to a local brewery in the west of the county and reflective of the fun and humour which is an integral part of Humber Doucy Brew Co.

Pale Ale
Pale, Earthy, Clean
A hoppy, session-able pale ale with a bitter finish and noble hop aromas that is unfined and unfiltered. A constantly evolving recipe highlighting the most interesting British malt and hop varieties.

Friday Street
Citrus, Hazy, Light
This session ale is all about Suffolk summers and enjoying our amazing coastline. Designed to evoke those feelings of heading to the beach, with memories of eternal summers. Made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, it gives a passion fruit and citrus hit in its light, refreshing body.
This ale is named after a hamlet in Suffolk which is passed on the road to Aldeburgh, one of our favourite places on the beautiful Suffolk coast.

Dark, Smooth, Rich
A smooth American-style robust porter, with a rich mixture of coffee and chocolate flavours. Bronze winner in the 2022 SIBA Regional Bottle & Can Awards for Stouts and Porters.

Hedgerow
Funky, Crisp, Refreshing
A Nettle & Elderflower Saison, brewed in collaboration with the Food Museum in Stowmarket.
A very refreshing drink with notes of orange and a funky Saison finish from the yeast. Brewed with Nettles, Elderflowers, Wheat and Oats.
Bronze winner in the 2022 SIBA Regional Bottle & Can Awards for Speciality and Flavoured Beer.
