The Chassis Cab Group opted for Friday Street, our hazy
summer ale. With a light and refreshing body, a passionfruit and citrus hit,

Does Halo buy corporate gifts regularly? If so, what
items have you bought previously?

Yes, we invest in meaningful merchandise that makes a
lasting impression. Our collection includes company-branded items and
merchandise from our sponsorships in motorsport and football. These items are
particularly valuable in engaging with sports enthusiasts and include signed
memorabilia, bottles, backpacks, hats, and more.

 

Why did you decide to work with Humber Doucy?

We discovered Humber Doucy through our local connections in
Stowmarket, where their presence is well known. We’ve consistently heard
excellent feedback about their work and were eager to partner with a local
supplier, especially since we take great pride in our Suffolk heritage.

 

An own-brand beer is a bit different for Halo. And
different for a tech company. What made this idea attractive to Halo?

Our goal is always to make a positive and memorable
impression, especially in the tech industry, which can often feel quite
corporate. The idea of connecting with people through a beverage they enjoy in
their personal time resonated with us. It allows us to convey that we are
approachable and friendly, emphasising that we value personal connections just
as much as professional ones.

 

How have you used the beer?

We’ve utilised the beer in various ways, including serving
it during client visits, meetings, and internal events at our office. However,
the majority were showcased at UK-based trade shows and expos.

 

Do you feel it was value for money?

Absolutely. The pricing was excellent, especially
considering the variety of three different beers we received. Although there
was a fixed label charge, it was not an issue as we ordered in a significant
quantity.

 

How would you describe the process of creating and branding
your own beer?

Fun, interesting and easy! The team at Humber Doucy was
incredibly supportive throughout the process. We were invited to visit their
brewery, where we met the staff, taste-tested various options, and toured the
facilities. This experience left us with a strong impression of who we were
partnering with. Following the visit, the process continued smoothly, with the
team providing valuable assistance to ensure our branding was perfect.

 

Would you recommend Humber Doucy’s own-brand beer to
other companies, and why?

Without a doubt. For companies that appreciate craft beer,
Humber Doucy’s diverse selection makes it an ideal choice. Their team was not
only helpful and proactive but also matched our agility as a company, which we
greatly appreciated.
