Make your summer event shine with Humber Doucy

Make your summer event shine with Humber Doucy

Our approach at Humber Doucy Brewery is based on one very simple belief – a love of Suffolk. We are based in the beautiful Suffolk countryside at Bacton – just check out the video on our website to appreciate our stunning surroundings. We use Suffolk ingredients as much as possible – often from the fields we can see from the brewery. We even name our beers after Suffolk places and inspiration

We have combined the two big loves in our lives – beer and Suffolk – to run Humber Doucy Brewery. You can see why we love going to work 😍

A Suffolk Summer

We genuinely love Suffolk at any time of year, but there is something particularly special about a Suffolk summer. The rolling fields full of barley, the never-ending skies, the coastline – and the fantastic events held in our local communities. There is nothing better than a Saturday afternoon on a village green drinking a Suffolk brew, catching up with neighbours and the sounds and sights of a summer fayre.

Suffolk Summer Celebrations

Before we know it, weekends will be packed with festivals, fayres and markets taking place throughout our county. From festival fields to town centres, village schools to charity fundraisers. Humber Doucy loves supporting Suffolk’s local summer events.

We really do have some of the best events in this county. From Ipswich Music Day, the largest free one-day festival in the UK, to village school fetes, and everything in between. Our market squares, country estates and village greens are perfect venues.

Here to help

  • We can stock and run a bar for you. What could be better than a bottle of Humber Doucy to accompany a hog roast or hot dog on the village green?

  • We can provide the barrels and bottles for you to run your own bar. With free delivery it makes it nice and easy for you, and gets another task ticked off the list.

  • We can help spread the word and advertise your event on our social media, and website.

  • Our free delivery to Suffolk, and some areas of Norfolk and Essex, takes the pressure off your organisers.

  • How about having your own event label on the beer? A great feature for corporate and larger events. We can help facilitate the design and printing to add a unique element to your event.
